1. Heritage is Our Foundation

We never forget our heritage or how our roots in the plumbing trade have made it possible to become a trusted, fast-expanding US family business.

That’s why we’re proud of how our company history combines European design inspiration, a lifetime of family knowledge and almost two decades spent working and growing from Omaha, Nebraska.

Pre-2000: Our founder, Peter Hill, develops his plumbing industry experience in Europe and plants the seed of our hallmark Italian design inspiration.
Early 2000s: Artos Westover, Inc. launches a towel dryer product from a garage in Omaha in 2004.
2005: First Omaha dealer established, Quarto faucet line and shower systems added.
2010s: New manufacturers in Italy established, expansion into new products and designs.
2019: Addition of the now-renowned Trova ‘everyday’ product line to the designer collection.
2022 & beyond: Investment in research, a growing network of high-quality manufacturers worldwide and dealership network expansion.

So, while our design inspiration is still taken from Italy (the names of our collections are Italian towns with many Artos faucets and components still influenced by the area of Lake D’Orta in Northern Italy!) our plumbing industry and US family business heritage is never far from our minds.

2. ‘Make it Easy’

We care about the dealerships who’ve honored us by becoming ambassadors for Artos, and we care about the people who have an Artos plumbing fixture taking pride of place in their beautiful new bathroom of kitchen.

That’s why our team members have a golden rule for how those valued dealerships and end-users experience Artos: make it easy.

What does this look like?

✓ Supported retailers: We’re always looking for practical ways to help dealerships make decorative plumbing fixtures part of their business success. This means things like fast AND free fulfilment shipping from our substantial stocks in Omaha, rapid support, colleague training and simply going further to be in their corner.

✓ Supported users: We’re proud to help end-users with questions they might have before, during and after their purchase. This means free Zoom project planning sessions, expert support and a commitment to developing helpful resources such as cleaning tips and ‘how to’ guides. Plus, a limited lifetime warranty for faucets and limited warranty for towel warmers mean ownership is made easy and reassuring too.

Decisions in our team meetings are often informed by one question: how can we make it easier for our dealers and owners?

3. Our Positive Culture

Those who have contacted Artos won’t be surprised to hear that we have a positive working culture driving our family business in the background.
